Offline programming
Our technical staff primarily works with Panasonic DTPS (Desktop Programming & Simulation System), which allows 3D offline simulation of solutions, enabling the assessment of critical points and the development of detailed feasibility studies, production cycles, and timing. DTPS features the same graphics and functions as the robot teach pendant; the virtual programming environment also allows optimization of tooling design during the development phase, anticipating potential system operation errors.
Software that simplifies programming
We integrate offline programming with modern cloud-based software—Genius Weld Pro—which leverages Artificial Intelligence and generative algorithms to further simplify and reduce welding robot programming time. The AI enables the software to autonomously analyze 3D CAD models, automatically identify optimal welds, and suggest the best operational sequences to minimize cycle time. Its ease of use also shortens training time, making it accessible to operators without prior programming experience.

Process development and welding test laboratory
We have two specialized laboratories staffed with highly qualified personnel, dedicated to testing the actual feasibility of processes on customer-supplied components. This approach ensures precise, reliable results that fully comply with the required technical specifications, guaranteeing the highest quality in robotic welding and production processes.
Tooling design and engineering
Recently, we established Robodesign, our dedicated unit for the design and customization of welding jiigs. Our technical know-how is enhanced by a team of experts who oversee every phase of the process, from design to production and post-sales support. The goal is to create dedicated, turnkey solutions tailored to the needs of companies relying on our expertise, allowing us to provide an increasingly comprehensive service to our clients.
Preventive maintenance and technical support
Our team of specialized technicians, continuously trained, ensures rapid on-site interventions, providing support with efficiency and professionalism. To guarantee full operational uptime and minimize unexpected system downtime, we offer customized preventive maintenance packages in addition to routine maintenance. With two warehouses, we can supply original Panasonic spare parts. We also produce TIG torches in-house to ensure high quality and excellent performance for both manual and robotic welding.
