Automotive Sector

We have installed over 1,000 TAWERS Technology robots dedicated to welding components for the four-wheel sector, supporting the main market players. Our integrated solutions have enabled us to consistently enhance production efficiency and quality, anticipating market demands while ensuring high performance, operational stability, and compliance with the strictest industry standards.

Welded components include structural elements designed to withstand frontal crash tests (small overlap), such as galvanized steel crash boxes, front bumper structural beams, and high-strength steel cross members, as well as lightweight support bars behind the front bumper; soft steel pedals, AHSS suspension components, seat elements, front and rear bumpers, dashboards for left- and right-hand drive vehicles, and aluminum sub-dashboard cross members.

The portfolio is completed by a fully automated line for manufacturing tubular galvanized steel frames for electric cars. All components feature complex geometries and high-strength materials selected to reduce weight and energy consumption. The use of these materials allows for thinner sections without compromising strength, while simultaneously enhancing structural integrity and passive safety.

    Motomotive Sector

In the Motomotive sector, where mechanical performance meets aesthetic excellence and technical precision, we stand out for our ability to integrate systems—including multi-robot Panasonic setups—for MIG-MAG and TIG welding of highly complex components for next-generation motorcycles and electric scooters. Key applications include lightweight, durable frames, exhaust systems, and complete exhaust systems, mainly in carbon steel and stainless steel.

Advanced automation and meticulous attention to customer-specific requirements allow us to deliver reliable, high-performance robotic solutions, ready to meet the technical and aesthetic challenges of the motorcycle industry, increasingly focused on electrification, structural lightness, and energy efficiency.
